Marianna Milonas is the Human Resource and Operations Manager of the Company. She was born and raised in the United Kingdom where she pursued her studies. She originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. She is also responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organisation’s business goals.
Due to her experience in the HR field and previous employment in a huge multi-national company, Marianna coordinates the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the Managing Partner; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
She is responsible for guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the Company. She exercises the core skills required to form meaningful, interpersonal relationships whilst taking charge of her own personal development by staying fresh, broadening her knowledge and improving personal effectiveness.
In view of her wide span of knowledge in varied fields including education and her interest in the well-being and training of staff, Marianna joined Parparinos Milonas in 2010, a post she holds to the present time.
